Kate comes with a vast array of management, administration and customer services experience. Her role is varied but is primarily focused on managing landlords’ properties in an efficient way ensuring that all safety checks are up to date and that the property is looked after.

With tenants in mind, Kate will deal with any issues that may arise from the moment a tenant moves in up to the day they leave. This can be anything from general maintenance to the deposit return once their tenancy has ended.

Kate is also responsible for the social media presence of the offices, with a good understanding of what works and what to avoid when posting all-important content.
